Tyler “Ty” Foster was born in Southern California and raised in Oregon. He and his wife, Jan, have been married for 42 years. They have two sons. Wyatt is married to Mallory and they have two sons, Elson and Ollie. They live in Los Banos, California where Wyatt serves as a California Highway Patrol Officer. Levis is unmarried and lives in Portland, Oregon, where he works as a shift supervisor at the Downtown Marriott.

Ty served in the U.S. Air Force for 30 years at various locations in the U.S., Pacific, South Korea, Europe, Southwest Asia, and Central Asia. He currently works on staff at Headquarters U.S. European Command, at Patch Barracks.

He received his faith in Christ Jesus on May 13, 2017, when the Holy Spirit worked through Wyatt in prayer over Ty.
