Oliver Paschke has been a ruling elder at CFC since October 2022. He grew up near Lake Constance, close to the Swiss border, in a liberal Roman Catholic family. After exploring different religions and esoteric teachings in his youth, he met various believers under different circumstances. After becoming a believer himself in the early 2000s, he attended various Brethren churches. He began asking doctrinal questions, especially about dispensationalism, and eventually spent more and more time reading about the Reformed faith. Convinced that this was the correct interpretation of the Bible, he left the Brethren church he was attending and moved to Stuttgart to attend Covenant Fellowship Church. He studied law in the Rhineland-Palatinate region and now works as a department head in the public sector in Stuttgart.
