Arturo Vargas was born and raised in Tampico, Mexico. During his high school years a friend invited him to attend a Presbyterian church, where he was saved and later began to grow in his understanding of the Scriptures and Reformed theology. He studied Mechatronics Engineering and moved to Germany in August 2022. Shortly after arriving in Stuttgart, he began attending Covenant Fellowship Church and became involved in the life of the congregation. Arturo accepted the call to serve as a deacon at Covenant Fellowship Church in October 2025. He enjoys reading, writing, and continuing to deepen his understanding of theology and Scripture.
